What Wheel Set Should I get

I am a novice to the bike culture but have my first project I am real excited about. i found a Schwinn Le tour and was told that it appears to be an early 70s model. I would like to know what make, size, spoke count is recommended for a complete wheel set. Ideally in a price range of $120 to 200.

Thanks

bicyclewheels.com has good stuff in 120 to 200 dollar price range.

i own a pair of the weinman dp 18, and they are solid.
