Hey all,
Never ridden bullhorns before but have been wanting to give them a try. Right now I am using an old road drop bar. The price of the nashbar bar is $15. Is this bar worth getting to give bullhorns a try or is not even worth the cash? Also what sizing is usually best 40, 42, 44 (I'm 5'9 with a slim/muscular build if that helps)?
Thanks

I heard the Nashbar horns flex a little more than people would like and that the horn/vertical part of the bars are a little longer than most other brands.
I have the Profile Stokers, 40cm, and they're great. $40 at most places.

Get a Nitto RB-021 for $15 more. https://www.teamcyclist.com/store/Nit...15676C2034.cfm <- These are swapping out the Nashbar ones for aesthetic and flex-iness reasons.

Thanks for the help guys. Ordered a 42" nashbar bullhorn bar. I will see how I like bullhorns and then think of upgrading to a better bar later on. I like the nitro ones but they are twice as much and $15 bucks to ship. I was already ordering something from nashbar so shipping was the same either way.

I've got the Nashbar TT bar, 40cm width (same as my other bikes). I'm 5'8" and slim too.
I'll probably just used them for a year and if/when they start flexing i'll replace them with something else (something from Profile Design or Syntace most likely). But at $15 it's not that much of a loss.
