Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

My girlfriend just ordered from there and it took a while. I'm pretty sure the delay is because they basically just list the whole QBP catalog, and when you order something, they must first get it through QBP.

I spent a couple hundred bucks there a couple months back & had no problems. I like them since they take paypal. Shipping wasn't blazingly fast, but comparable to most online shops. I'd buy from them again.

They wont return my emails or answer the phone/return a call.
At this point id like to cancel the order with their asses and order from somewhere else. But i want to make sure they arent shipping this **** cause i dont need 2x the stuff.
Customer service is an unending problem everywhere it seems.
Not to mention i cant ride. ****ERS!
