Will there be regulations and guidelines, specifically for resolution and card size?

card size = not stupidly big or small ?
in the past it was 5 x 7 ? (notecard size)

PSD template
Notes: use a computer, photographes, drawings, whatever, make it the standard 5.5"x4.25" (landscape or portrait) spokecard size.
if youre doing your design on a computer, please use 300dpi or higher and print it on a good paper.
all spokecards must be laminated (1/4" laminate extra on all sides is recommended regardless of how you make your spokecard).

5x7 is huge. 3x5 is a notecard.

They get you "Street Cred" which can then be exchanged for various things.

They get drunk chicks/dudes to ride home on your handle bars and then have sex with you.

for example: candy, beer or sex.
