I love how the FTP looks like the very picture of class and thoughtful design compared to that behemoth. Seriously.

I am actually surprised that it doesn't. I am also surprise that there are no grips or bar tape either.

They must've bought a Ouija board and used it to channel Liberace when designing that bike. I'd like to throw that thing off a bridge.

It's OK.

The picture makes it look like it has an amazingly long wheelbase, and I'm just not a fan of the gold anodized components.

^^^^^^ man you just blew my mind. And about the bike, I'd ride it, but only if they let me put a hello kitty sticker over the headbadge.

Good lord, do they ever know their market...they've cornered every affectation.

...and what piece of pop philosophy would be complete without a little Marshal McLuhan?

I'm not sure, but if that thing is really dark green, I'd definitely like the frame. I can throw parts on it that don't look so gaudy.

Every time I see gold parts on a bike, I'm always reminded of the fat lady at church when I was growing up. Covered in cheap junk jewelry, smelling like the most hideous vanilla perfume, and would never stop calling attention to herself. Gold on a bike is almost worse than pink. Almost.
