Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

coaster brake and track ends

Do coaster brake hubs work with track ends? I would assume so, but wanted to make sure.

as long as the rear spacing is a match with the hub and the frame.

I have built such setup for a co-worker: used my track frame and coaster wheel - works nicely.
I had to respace the hub as it was 110mm It was an old Czech Favorit one bought virtually NOS from ebay.de for EUR 7.99 - I was the only bidder :-)

Bikes: so many

BMX bikes often have track ends and coaster brakes, FWIW.

I'm probably wrong, but I'm pretty sure that a lot of the coaster brake hubs you see around are spaced 110mm. Go ahead and correct me on this one.
