EAI won't sell directly to us, we need a store to make the order. Anyone work at an EAI dealer?

Okay here's the deal. I have something that may happen. He said he can get it down to $70 but they have no whites. All who have put white I will make it black since I assume you read what my post was about trying to get this thing started. It may be possible to get the price down lower so I am in negotiation. I am going to make this thing cut off for all who want in tomorrow night at 12am just so that there are no more whishy washy people with getting in it. There will be a new thread I will make tomorrow to make this thing final and clean up all the reading in between

wait, so i have to let you know before tomorrow at midnight if i'm in? I might be interested, I'll have to mull it over. My cinelli singles haven't ever really dissappointed me, and 70 bucks is a fourth of the aerospoke i was thinking about ordering.

Here's the response I got that I told yall when I received it:

I called and they have black and reds, no whites. If enough are ordered I can do for about $70 each but it would be nice to know how many and I can get a firm price for you.

Take me off the list for this round. I'm quitting my job in two weeks to go freelance again, so methinks I shouldn't be spending $70 on straps when my bottom line will be getting tighter shortly.

Yeah, I would prefer white, but whatever color is available is basically fine with me, especially at $70 for a pair.

i've been fairly busy and the first two pages were hard to get past. with every passing post the urge to poke myself in the eyes grew exponentially.

by reading this last page it's apparent that this is still ongoing, if it's not too late i'd be in for a pair of black straps.

do they not have blue straps in stock? the guy didn't say they were out, but didn't even mention them.

Update:
I will call later, they are costing me $65.
They may not have that many or be willing to sell their whole stock so I would not get any more buyers since people will not want to wait. Just a thought.

Here's the deal; I may have to establish a cut off point depending on the # he gives that can be ordered. If you are on the side that must be cut but are willing to wait then I think you can still be on the deal but I have no idea how long the wait will be. Sorry about that but I did the best I could.

*also for those 1st in line who ordered more than 1 piece I am only going to accept one order from you in order to make it possible for others to get in on this. Sorry again, but I want to give as many ppl as possible a chance.

I have to find out how many he can order I will start another thread with the cut-off and how to proceed with payment. It would be best if all sent the $ to my paypal so that way everything will go quickly. Shipping will be around $5-7 but I'll get a solid # once I am final on all the details
