Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Yep. Great folks over there. Best service in town. They don't stock a whole lot of stuff though.

2020 is by far my favorite shop around town. They might not have anything and everything, but they're awesome dudes and they know their stuff.

Shameless plug: I posted something for tonight in the Rides section if anyone is bored and interested

That's Gregg's, it's pretty rad, they don't really have any used stuff though.

Try Second Ascent in Ballard. Not usually much fixed-specific used stuff there but good stuff and nice folks. Free Range and Wright Brothers both have umm... archives of used stuff. If you're looking for something specific just ask. They may very well have it sitting in a bin somewhere.

I'll totally back Second Ascent, even though I haven't ever actually bought anything bike related there. It's a killer place for any type of used outdoorsy stuff. The wife and I got a great deal on a pair of sleeping bags and I've picked up some decent clothing.

i went to recycled and got a few used parts for some builds, stopped by velo bike shop near my friends house. anyone see the sexy Colnago and Sekai track bikes hanging?
we walked over to 20/20 just now and they were closed but that seemed like the coolest shop i've seen so far. need to make another trip just to visit them.
we checked out Reload and i got the Cadence doublizer. i wanted to get the red sparkle 52.5cm Anchor they have its only $650, but im holding out. next we are gonna drop by Counterbalance and then head home.
