Bump...Ok, so these cranks have been out for a few weeks now. Has anyone had a chance to test them out yet? Also, I was talking to the guys at "No Brakes" in Atlanta and they stated the 06 Miche Primato Pista crankset had a problem with the chainring bolts. Apparently they would strip the threads on the spider pretty easily. Anyone know if this problem still exists on the Advanced cranks. But if anyone has tried the new advanced cranks, let me know. I am trying to narrow down my decision on what to buy.

the answer is in this thread! the crank bolts used to thread into the spider. as to whether they were stripping easily, i don't think they did "strip easily" but it was a strange design. using road (double) chainring bolts did minimise the risk of stripping the threads anyway, and they would only stick out the other side a mm or so.

AE bikes has it for $168. But I am just wondering if its worth it.
