Andre Bertin Track bike
There is one at my local LBS for $700 bucks. Complete build. The wheels are ****ed so they are throwing in a set of clincher track wheels.
Basically I'm looking for info, as much as possible about the quality of Bertins. The tube decal has been scratched away a long time ago so I have no idea what this baby is made out of. All I know is that its french (which raises some concern during uprgrades) and that its around a 50-51cm.

Unless Andre himself rode it I think that $700 is way high. They have a French BB, French steerer, 115 rear spacing and a small seatpost size, Durifort or Vitus tubing. I had one and while it had some charm I sold it along for a couple of hundred because I thought that quality was mediocre and I didn't want to have to deal with unsticking a TOO large stem and finding a french headset.
