Post up surly steamrollers plz
Mine is just sitting in pieces at the moment as I wait for the rest of my parts to come, so far I have the new maroon frame with miche primato cranks and bb, my old weinmann lp18/formula wheelset, old sella concor sattle, profile bullhorns. Im looking for some inspiration and just need something to stair instead of my half completed bike.

I called Jensonusa this week and was told to expect their next shipment in early november. I put my name on the wait list.... but don't know if I'll hold out that long for one. Still contemplating the Barenuckle.
but if I do go with jenson, it's nice to know what others are paying because they price match.

I'm almost done with my 53cm build up, just gotta swap out the cog on the wheels ( 3/32 to a 1/8th). So far it's weinmann lp18/formula wheels ( soon to be upgraded), miche primato track cranks/bb, mks track pedals , profile horns etc etc.....

hot.. that's lookin real good.. quick question, how is your chainline w/ the crank/bb? i heard the surly rear hub is spec'd for 42.5-43.5 chainline instead, though the difference is probably minimal
edit: you probably wouldn't know b/c you dont have a chain on it. oops hah

First pic is horrible, the other two came out OK. Need to take it for a ride and get some nice photos sometime.
Build is stock from Surly though I've replaced the bars with some home chopped bullhorns, new Brooks B17, Deep V rear rim ('cause I irrepairably busted the original Alexa on my first ride) and a pair of EggBeater C's. Plan on removing the all decals on the rims, fork and frame except for the "Surly" and "Steamroller" ones on the frame (when I get the time). The photo of the whole bike just looks wrong... must be the perspective. The saddle angle and the bars angle aren't really that steep in reality.
