basic bottom bracket help

i recently broke one of the stock "truativ" crank arms that came on my bikezdirect moto and was wondering what my options were for a new set. i was thinking about getting some sugino rd's but wasn't sure if it would fit the bottom bracket that came with the frame. thanks.

What is the spindle interface?
If it's powerspline, like many truvativ cranks appear to be, the rd's will not work (and your choices will be limited). If it's square taper, they might work, but since sugino recently changed the chainline spec, I'm not sure if the 103mm spindle will be the proper length.

Does anybody know what the proper BB spindle length is for a 42mm chainline with RDs now?
