What do you have in mind that would make it fixed gear specific?

Personally I like wool for winter riding, as it sheds light moisture, insulates well (even when damp) and breathes nicely. Most waterproof synthetics I have used made me sweat too much, and sweat frozen to your chest on the downhills kind of sucks. I guess if you could make it a little thicker on the chest that would be great (or at least make it easy for me to stick a folded newspaper in there). Make it slightly over sized so that layers can be easily worn without feeling like that kid from "A Christmas Story". Zippers are good, too.

A long back, longer sleeves and rear pockets are all pretty standard on cycling jackets

longer in the back, front pockets for easy access, and maybe a blinky loop on the back for when you don't ride with a bag (for those that don't mount lights to the bike for fear of theft). and sleeves that don't hitch up when your tucked in, but don't look all bunched up when standing upright. lot's of zippers. no "all-over" prints or trendy logos. just simplicity in design.

Talk to Rapha. They have fixed-gear specific apparel like jerseys and hats. And a journal.

People, don't wear a geared jersey while on your fixed gear, it'll mess up your drivetrain.

Make it out of E-Vent or wool.

Don't forget proper ventilation such as pitzips. They are needed even in winter. And pockets to stow hat and gloves, as well as blinkies.

Don't forget that a pack of cigarettes can also be a meal. Therefore I need a pocket for cigarettes and a lighter. Preferably on the left side of my chest. A secret pocket for cocaine. And preferably I can buy it at a thrift store.
