How is winter fixed gear riding clothing any different than winter riding clothing? Riding in winter can be cold and it doesn't really matter what is spinning under you. Plenty of input can be found here I find pit zips to be the most important feature for temp. regulation on a winter jacket.

-A little longer in the back. when I'm hunched over my undies show.
-Neat pockets on the back for water bottles like jerseys.
-If this is specifically for fixed gear people then definitely make it a "slim fit".
-Only make it in black or Bianchi celeste.

long in the back, zip cords around the bottom, back jersey style pockets with flap, hood, zipper that comes all the way down in the front, front breast pockets.
think that's it.
oh, and reflective strips.

I have one from REI that I bought a while back on sale, Its orange and gray with reflective material on the backside. REI has some good stuff, you'd have to layer of course, but it works.

Longer in the back, longer in the sleeves. Being able to securely tighten the sleeves over gloves is really nice. I find that long enough (in the torso) zippered jackets often are pretty long in the front, and unless the zipper is pretty lightweight (or it's an anorak and the zipper doesn't go down all the way) it tends to bunch uncomfortably when riding on the drops. Find a zipper that's both durable and flexible?
Also, zipper pulls that won't break and are glove-compatible, and pocket linings that won't get hung up on gloves. There is nothing worse than having to take your gloves off all the time in the cold.

But...you're right. I'm sure these companies are missing some key jacket features by marketing to "cyclists" and not specifically cyclists with a fixed hub that ride around in cities.

Folds up on itself into a nice little pouch so you can throw it into your bag.
Reverseable, with a lighter color inside for night rides.

Now that's a cool idea. You could lay on extra freddish reflective detail on the night side too. I'mnot sure how the pockets would work though...

I have a jacket that's black on one side and silverish on the other. It has two layers and pockets on each so it works out. The zippers also swing around 180. The only reason I don't use it to ride is that it's not fitted enough and can be a little to warm. It would be nice to have something with a more lightweight material.

+1. I'm pretty slender and I find my swerve knickers to be a little too tight. The last time I wore them I actually thought to myself "I wonder how regular sized people wear these".

What are you talking about? I have some Italian road cycling jackets that are XXL- and fit tighter than a US Medium. Most good euro-made cycling clothes is built for waifs.
Are fixed people fat? Or what is your point?

xl pants should not be waist size 34-38.
chrome:
X-Large: 34"-37" / inseam 23"
Hankster Knicker XL(35-36)
UTW-36-38"
that's what I'm saying. Large, Ok, but XL? and it's the biggest size offered?
Maybe I'm not skinny enough, but "regular" cycling clothes you can get in XXXL.

windbreaker............
Make it BREATHEABLE and WINDPROOF at the same time.
I gotta think if you could do that, you would surpass what all of the other winter cyling jackets cannot accomplish; fixed riding or not.
nothing worse than having a sweaty ass after riding in 40 deg weather and having numb arms.
