Wheelbuilders in Phila

I have a cracked rim that needs to be replaced (thanks to our wonderful potholes). From what I have read here the quality of the build is as important as the parts used, so I am not ready to try this. Can anyone recommend a builder in Philly. BicycleTherapy? Or the fixie place just off South and 4th?
