There's these cheap truck bed front fork mount deals that would be fairly easy to screw/mount to a rack...

Hey that's cool! That + block of wood + screws + rear rack = Trail-a-bike.

Even less expensive: quick release front hub from junked wheel. Snip the spokes, attach onto the rear rack with some u-bolts.
