Who builds the best wheels in SF?? Im building up 28hole Zeus Track Hubs to 28hole Mavic Cxp12 (Thanks forum members for the trade) I DO NOT plan on Radial, 2x, or anything special. I want plain 3x since its a classic build. And im just looking for your local opinion on who or what shop builds the most quality wheels.
