It's probably not composited. Take into account the angle of the sun. Look at the penumbra shadow of the sideview mirror--right on. If it was somehow PS'd, the shadows are either flawless or not a part of what was PS'd.

camera on tripod takes 2 photos; 1 with door a open, 1 with door b open + biker. merge the two = easiest solution to me.
