Hey I know it is a long shot but was one of them wearing a black bomber style jacket with a neon orange liner? That was the only thing I actually got to see before they left.

The only thing I remember was one was wearing a green basketball jersey and then waking up bleeding in the street.

People are *******s, I had a ****load of homework to do and I was only trying to go get dinner with my girlfriend before I started on it. Im sure you were doing something equally as innocent.

going back from shafer...sooner or later they will piss off the wrong person and end up laying on the street (I hope). Please people be careful there are some animals out there.

I have thought about this many times while riding downtown at night, been in some sketch situations too. Just dont slow down and keep your lock handy.

I think the idea of critical mass in Richmond is pretty dumb.

Yeah I am pretty sure its just going to block traffic and piss people off. Doesnt mean I wont go anyways though.

I will be doing something more productive like just riding my bike to get around in an orderly fashion. No crazy stunts like pissing off people in cars, taking over any streets or holding my bike up in the middle of an intersection.

does richmond have a tendency for that? Because I dont want to be part of that bull****. If it's just a nice chill ride I'm down but I dont want to be a part of jackassery. We dont need to give people a reason to punch us in the face.

There was a quasi-critical mass in like august/september. There was about 60 riders at the start, and finished with about 30. Most everyone was pretty courteous with drivers, and it was returned. A few people thought it'd be cute to yell "**** cars" and the like, but they were *****ed at later in the night. All in all, it was a nice, laidback, legit ride.

I mean, the CM is being put on by SDS, so I have a feeling it might be slightly angsty.

If it gets like that, I'm gonna say **** it and go home and drink.

EDIT: Looked it up. Yeah, it could get a bit angsty. Why the hell is SDS hosting a CM event?

anyone catch the snow today? i hit like 4 different spots of it in a 15-20 block sprint.

i think that all of these signs...epic polo, people getting punched in the face on bikes, random snow, and zombies all over oregon hill...lead to only one conclusion. the apocalypse!!! wooo!!!


yea but i need to pay rent so im selling pretty much anything that isnt on my bike...if anyone needs a stem, of any sort really, chainring, cog, whatever i may have laying around, let me know. ive got some cool random handlebars if you're into that. some gold joints, some purple anodized flats.
