Affinity Cycles NYC Contacts

Anyone got an e-mail address for Affinity cycles in NYC? I'm looking into getting a frame from them and I can't get in touch. They've got a phone number on the site but I don't think they'd appreciate a long distance call from Thailand.

thanks

What do you want to ask them? If it's simple enough I can ask them myself and relay the information to you. I don't live far from the shop and I'm friends with some of the employees.

Yoshi, you live in Mario Land and we all know that Luigi got fired for stealing Rubino Pros from them months ago. Go eat turtle shells or something.

Just looking for some geometry specs. I've seen the geometry for a large online but it doesn't have seat tube c-c and c-t measurements. I generally have a saddle height of 81-83cm from the center of the BB. I don't want to get a frame that is impossible to get less than 6in of saddle to bar drop. I'd like to be able to put drops on it with a riser stem and be comfortable on the track.

Thats probably all too much info. If you could get me the seat tube lengths on a large it would be great.

Also, are they still going for around $350 frame and fork?

Thanks Yoshi.

Still trying to get in contact with them. If anyone is going to be in their neighborhood, PM me and I'll give you my e-mail to give them. Let them know I'm really interested, but if I can't get in touch with them I'll have to get a frame somewhere else.

i got an email from jason at affinity, he said the lo pros are $500 now.

quoted email:

Nov 17th,

hi sean,

the frames are 500 frame and fork, they went up a bit... they cost me more money.

I'm out of stock except for one large grey, how tall are you?
I'm getting a new batch next month, we're doing a preorder if you want to reserve a frame. the colors are matte white and matte black.

i'll attach the new catalog, let me know if you have any other questions.

thanks,

Jason

quoted email:

Nov 26th,

Hey Sean,

I think the small would fit you better, the medium has a 57cm seat tube which is probably to long.
we do thread for 40 dollars more, so the total will be 540.00 for the f/f threaded.

We also recommend a seat post clamp, this way you dont have to scramble for one, they 15 in silver or black.

If you need any other parts we offer 15% discount on other parts, so let me know what you need.

Thanks,

Jason
