New Fixie Frame

I have a Bianchi Pista '03 and I'm looking for a new project build up fixie. Looking for steel or even Ti (if that's possible.) I've looked at Indep Fab. and talking to the tech guys at Kelly. Any other ideas?

Thanks.

WOW...extra money laying around? Indy fab=college loans/mortgage (unless you know a secret...). What about an Olmo Gara pista frame? Or Soma Rush?

I know I came across a frame builder a few weeks ago that made Ti track bikes, I looked for it again but can't seem to find it. Does not seem to be a popular metal to build track bikes out of.
