Smaller Frame

Had this setup for about a year; Basso 56cm frame. Rides great, but i'm trying to find something that fits better.
I'm average height (around 5'10'') but have short inseam (around 30''), hence there is no space between the bar and me (even on my toes).

Just wondering if anyone has had the same problem, and if so, what size frame would you recommend?

5'10? 54 or 55. 53 is boardering on too small.

Or, if the frame fits you in all ways but standover height, try one with a sloping top-tube (Langster, etc.).

Don't know if I have the funds for a sloping frame. Thanks for the suggestions, though.
