Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Campy track wheelset question

Wondering what I should offer a guy for campy record 28h high flange hubs laced to mavic 4cd rims in very good shape. He only used them on the track and stop using them about 7 years ago and just stored them. I was thinking around $175 am I to high on that price?

Thanks,
Gregg

ask him what he wants for them first

he could be just trying to get rid of them, or he could be trying to get his money's worth from them...BIG possible price window there

i seriously doubt your anywhere near too high, unless the guy just wants to get rid of them. just high flange campy pista hubs have been going for $200 or greater on ebay...but you ain't on ebay huh? who knows, ask him.

I'd go take a look at the wheels first. That could be a very low price or a very high one.
