Hey guys its summer 2009 and I finally ordered a Mark V!
Since then I've ridden two different bikes, a tri and road bike. I've learned I like the slack geometry of road bikes more. But I'm hoping the steeper head angle of the IRO would provide a different experience.
Hopefully the IRO will be a bike I keep for years, and not just one I sell after a few months of riding.

You can't beat IRO quality. If you go with the Kilo TT, I'd build it yourself. The completes from BD aren't exactly..awesome. The frames are awesome but the components are poor. Build it! It's more fun that way anyway!

The IRO I posted about in this thread got stolen.
Since then I've bought another IRO but 1 size smaller (it cost $375). The one I got before actually felt a bit long. I felt reaching forward too far.
Anyways the smaller IRO has risers and I just use it as a grocery getter and a bike to ride on the weekends (usually pulling my dog in a bike trailer).
It rides good. Its a comfortable, solid bike that seems built like a tank. However in the past year I haven't been riding much so I might sell it if money gets tight.
