Track Frame Question
So before anyone jumps down my throat, saying search search search. I did, I some how managed to not find the search bar (if there IS one) on this board...
But this is a genuine question regarding a track frame.
I checked out this LEADER frame on ebay, but wanted to know peoples personal views/experiences with this frame. I love the oversized downtube.
So if anyone wouldnt mind shedding some light on these frames, it would be appreciated.
Thanks

I guess I misunderstood what you meant. I thought you were looking for the search function. My apologies.
Edit: That's odd, too. I'm almost certain there have been entire threads devoted to the Leader frames.

Wow, I must really suck at this board set up.
Thanks for the link.
I wanna settle for the Leader considering how affordable it is...
If anyone has any recent/current experiences with the frame, feel free to chime in.

The BF search function is currently broken and will only show the threads that came up after the recent server outage.
Do your search on google like so.

There was a pretty extensive thread about the 720TR a few weeks ago, but unfortunately, there is no search function, so good luck finding it.

That's another thing to consider, Prime. The 753TR is a purpose built track frame with steep angles and a high BB etc.
The picture of the frame you posted is more of a road frame w/ track ends. It's drilled for calipers, has watter bottle bosses, and cable guides under the TT.

Doesn't the massive downtube make these things particularly stiff and jarring?

a friend has that frame. yes, it's pretty stiff. no, i probably wouldn't want it for an around the town track frame. and yes, it's probably a good deal for the money. throw a carbon fork on that *****.
edit: he's got the 735, actually.
