^^^^^Are you asking about the fender? If so it looks like a planet bike fender. I have some, they work well.

Slight order mishap with my pedals/cages but should be riding it for the weekend.
Pretty much stock asides from the obvious.
15t rear is a little too labour intensive for me, so it's gotta go.

Thanks! It's a Tubus Luna rack. It's lovely, but be warned, it is too narrow across the top to be a proper platform. It's perfect for my grocery bag panniers though.
