Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

track grips are alright but they give you really limited hand positions. If anything cut the ends off some ourys and slide them up to the stem. Shoulders are pretty useless on track drops anyway

i was thinking about getting some clear champs and slide them up to the stem and bring the white ones down to the drops.

i can skid, but i have to be leaning forward. i can slow down by putting pressure on my stronger legs and pull up on my other, but i just can seem to lock my legs sitting down (for those emergency stops)
