I'm 5'7", I ride a 53. But everyone is build differently, so the best thing to do is find the bike you like, and hopefully try it out in different sizes and see what's most comfortable for you.

Measure your inseam.
There are about 6 million calculations out there, I think if you measure your inseam in centimeters and then multiply by .67 you will get close. But really that should just be a starting point, you should ride some bikes in the general size range before you choose. I have a 31ish inch inseam and it calculates out to ride a 53 i think.

its all about top tube length. im 5'10" i need a 56cm tt c-c. but for the seat tube i need a 58.5 ST
yeah when i stand over its a bit "scray" for the boys but my frame fits me perfectly when i ride and im rarely standing over the TT

Thank you. I put much into it: blood, sweat, and tears. But definitely worth it. I can't put a price on it, but it did hurt my wallet as a student. But as a working person in the real world...it would have still hurt my wallet.
