I hadn't noticed your post. What else do you recommend?

one question though...what happens if i put a 1/8 chainring on it? will it be flush with the outer edge of the spider like my current ring is or not? i can't be stuffed measuring. and how did you get that nice polished look on those wild style?
I have a 1/8" alize chainring on mine. Sits flush. Read over the diy thread for polishing how to. It's really easy and only took an hour or two.

The fluted arm ones are from the 600 Arabesque group.

I have a set of Arabesque 600s (so pretty) on my IRO, bolted up to a 103 Sugino BB. The chainline seems pretty straight, but I haven't measured. It isn't noisy and the chain doesn't fall off, so I figure close enough.

i think the sugino bbs have a slightly different taper that affects the chainline a bit. maybe you hit a lucky match?

In my experience 600 cranks +107mm bb are about 1-2mm out to the right from where my Surly hub and cog put things. If a 103 mm bb loses 2mm on each side from a 107, you can see how it'd still be pretty close.

Aekeroo the very high end Sugino track stuff (75/ Grand Mighty) is ISO taper but afaik everything else they make is JIS.
