Singlespeed tires
Is there a difference thats makes a single speed white wall have less rolling resistance that a regular tire.i have those bontrager blackwall tires that I had on my trek off and put on those chinese cheap white walls and it seems that those white walls are easier to pedal than those blackwalls.

Lot of factors can affect a tires rolling resistance. Inflation, tread, durometer of the rubber, materials of construction, etc, etc.

Bikes: Jamis Sputnik (2007) & Bridgestone RB-2 (1994).
Since you bike is single speed you need to ride it quicker meaning the light will reflect better off the white walls only making you seem faster to a passer by. Its science. Obviously.
