Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

The look of the GT has been copied a couple of times now, I bet dollars to donuts that Doral will bring that frame back soon.

I know, I just think that it is funny how what comes around, goes around, y'know?

But GT is in a great position to market their track bikes again, if they are smart about it.

Yamaguchi (I think):

Virtanen?:

Bikes: Too Many

Nope. There where the answer to the UCI requierment that both wheels be 700c. Thus they lowered the stem to the fork crown for a more aero position. Crazy $hit.

It comes with a father who built it for his daughter. Can't get better maintenance than that, I imagine.

That Signal townie is the ****.

I'm in Portland now. Heading to the meetup tonight and to the show tomorrow. I'm bummed that I couldn't bring my bike though. Idiots at Amtrak said there were no more bike spots available but the friend I ran into on the train said there were plenty of empty spots.

It was the ****. Anyone who's debating going should definitely go. So much sexiness in one place. Even the bike racks outside were rad. Seriously rad.
