Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I had my hands all over that stuff. The webbed carbon lug bike was seriously impressive.

What is up with those saddles? Indy Fab is doing the same thing with what looks like beautifully painted, but incredibly hard plastic. How are you supposed to ride something like that? Or is it really a functioning saddle?

Bikes: Mercier Kilo TT

that "naked" bike was out of control (the one locked to the lamp post)

Hufnagel's frames were sick. that silver/grey & blue one was real pretty.

it was a little overwhelming though, just a lot of amazing things there

oh, is there a Josh here who was accidently in line for the chinese new years festivities?

i think what i got out of the show is that there is no shortage of elite north american builders, and that anything in any material is possibly as long as you have the dough to drop on custom.

i was overwhelmed for sure.
