Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

nah. id rather learn on rad stuff. it makes me try harder. id just get drunk and mess up a set of free spirit forks like i did last night if it was all practice. it needs it to be worth the effort if im gunna file for 4 hours.

Paul's aren't flashy, but I like the built-in adjusters and they've been great so far...

I'll throw a change up here, and change my vote to the nagasawas

whatever you do, having a graduated measure, or some kind of lock/tug nut would be trick.

split your lungs with blood and thunder
when you see the white whale
break your backs and crack your oars men
