bikeforums comrades,

i smacked into a parking block on friday night and after some sweet face skidz i realized the downtube on my kilo tt was dented to the point of being bent. any ideas for a cheap replacement frameset? also, i hate to be a whiner but i dont really want to wait. thanks.

another kilo is as cheap as it's going to get, i'd think you'd know that.

He said frameset not complete bike correct?

I'm sure you could go really cheap on ebay. I got my Bridgestone for $50. YMMV.

The Dawes frame is the same as the Windsor Hour/Fuji Track. That price is impossible to beat - I can't believe that they lasted a day on eBay.

Why not get another Kilo frame? They're supposed to be available shortly, right?

Bikes: Spicer Steel Track build, Bianchi Veloce 2002

Spicer standerd steel frame is identical to Kilo TT, but you can take decals off easily. I got the frame with non-standard chrome fork from him, and the actual cost of the frame itself came down to $150.

my friend bought his sparton a couple of years ago. I got to ride it and i think his is the better quality one as opposed to now. It has very quick handling and doesn't seem bad at all, but I don't know how the ones that are selling on ebay are.
