That is a 2001 Titus Racer X. And yes it does have disc brake tabs. Might switch them out for disc next year.

Ya I was going to say, it couldn't be that old. My 1996 doesn't have discs.

I remember reading in Mountain Bike Magazine an article about a custom made Cannondale downhill racing bike that had disc brakes. I remember doing a double take and going "WTF, why would anyone want disc brakes?!!!"

10 years later... I'm putting them on a new bike.
