Bianchi Pista Concept
Hey all, im looking into getting a fixey to start riding for fun...no velodrome!
Anyways, Ive been looking at some different cheaper bikes...Raleigh Rush hour, IRO, pista, steam roller, etc
I recently, however, found a 2005 pista concept that im going to check out for a little under $600
I was like wow, thats awsome, a 1400 dollar bike for 600...
Yet, ive recently been reading that the concept isnt a good bike to take outside of the track, because of the aluminum frame?
Please help this lost soul get a bike
Yay or nay on the concept?
Why?
Thanks a lot

It wont stay that low for long.
And if you aren't... Give it to me. That is if its a 57cm...

A lot of people here who know people, have ties, and have been in the game for a long time are having a hard time getting Pisata Concepts from what I hear... I doubt that complete on ebay will stay that way for long.
Does anyone else feel like that concept on ebay is just screaming out for some nice track drops instead of those insane bullhorns?

Bikes: Check the sig to find out
it won't be too bad for streets since it has a carbon fork because you won't feel all that road shock. make sure any damage is brought to your attention.
Generally the bad thing about aluminum is they don't last as long as a steel frame. The good about them is they are great for racing with and transfer alot of your power in a sprint since it's so stiff.

if the concept doesnt work out i would recommend an iro. i love my mark v, no issues in over 400 miles. great customer service is always a big plus.
