I mostly just saw shirts like those and shirts with a monkey sucking off mario with "how many licks does it take" written in comic sans or some ****, but if they're selling Bush shirts i'm ****in' down.

My Adidas El Moro's aren't too bad. They lean towards the hiking side though.

I don't mind wearing them all day. Not the best, but you aren't constantly thinking about how uncomfortable your shoes are either.

spd shoes that are supposed to look like normal shoes just make you look like you shop at kohls. shiny shoes with velcro that make noise when you walk let everyone know you're a kool kid.

lol

They make a couple of other "mountain" (code for recessed cleat) shoes that might work too.

+1 for minretts. they are fine. the cleat is recessed enough to keep you from clicking too much. And not too vented like a lot of shoes.

Another one that I was curious about was the Forte Traverses. The sales guy at Performance said that there's hardly any cleat strike and they don't look that bad. I'll save the actual review for someone that actually owns them though.

Horrible photo, but I'm too lazy to dig too deeply for a good one. They'd look a lot better with solid black laces.

$40 from nashbar, made by diadora

been using them since last fall, easy to walk in, look like regular shoes, nice and warm in winter, dry too

I have adidas ones that are pretty nice. They dont click when I walk into class and are pretty stiff.

If you dig normal Keen shoes. These are a bit more rigid than standard Keens, but look and feel almost the same. http://thegearjunkie.com/images/827.jpg
