Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Ahh, my uncle lives there.
Those houses are sooo nice, and huge as well.
I think I'm getting an apartment near there next year.

It's the only place to live in Toledo. If your uncle has lived there for many years I probably know him. When I was there it was really cheap. Have the prices of apartments gone up a lot there?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's still on the cheap.
It seems the closer you get to either downtown, campus, or sylvania, the higher the prices are.
But in between all those places is fairly cheap
My uncle is Mike, but we always call hum Dunky, haha.

Downtown is now expensive! Is there actually anything there besides Murphy's Place?

No, not really, I mean, there is Frankie's Inner City across the Cherry Street Bridge.
And Mickie Finns has decent shows sometimes. There's this Downtown Latte that has some good fair trade coffee though. Other than for those, I don't wander downtown unless I'm really bored.
