i don't really know exactly, i want to talk to marty (geekhouse) and get the exact process figured out, but it's called a sublimated powder coat. from geekhouse: "it allows a digital graphic to be fused into a powdercoat."

it's probably a love it/hate it kind of thing, but i think it looks great, it's outrageous, just like the guy who rides it.
