carbon fiber drop handle bars.
 
can someone help me find the name of these carbonfiber track handle bars that the girl is riding with..there not the eastons by the way. but their full carbon drop handle bars with a rough sandpaper like material covering the ends of the bars. thanks for the help!

that looks like a vo2 logo to me. i think thats looks house component brand (ive never seen vo2 stuff on anything other than a look)

ive seen them in person and there not grips, its covered with a rough material that prevents your hands from slipping but i just completely forgot the name of it

Onetwentyeight is right, VO2 is essentially a house brand of Look bicycles. The carbon track bar was developed specifically for the French national team and was very hard to get a hold of. I recently heard they actually stopped making them. Don't know if that is true or not. If you really want a carbon track bar there are actually several other options out there in addition to Easton. Teschner has one now and PRO (a sub brand of shimano) is supposed to have one in the future as well.
