Onetwentyeight is right, VO2 is essentially a house brand of Look bicycles. The carbon track bar was developed specifically for the French national team and was very hard to get a hold of. I recently heard they actually stopped making them. Don't know if that is true or not. If you really want a carbon track bar there are actually several other options out there in addition to Easton. Teschner has one now and PRO (a sub brand of shimano) is supposed to have one in the future as well.

Is that not the definition of a grip?
