Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

You're kidding, right? $55 for a hub is nothing.

Hahaha... I thought he meant hubs too. I think he's actually referring to the white tires GC makes.

I bet they beat those craptacular Zaffiros. But the part white Rubino is the sexiest tire ever alongside Pro Race2's.

I remember reading that the Rubino factory was on strike. That could explain any shortages of Rubino tires.

vittoria uses seperate factories for the different models? crazy.

by the way, i meant it when i said i wasn't really trying to single you out. for the record, i probably could have saved my little rant in this thread, but also for the record, there was a thread like two days ago titled 'baa spinin'" which featured your stock response of get a bmx bike, which is what prompted my little tirade in this thread.

i've tried to learn to just not open threads that i know i don't care about or dislike, solely because it gets tiring when you can know exactly what negative comment someone will make when you see they had the last post in a thread.

it'd be like me opening every thread on the specialized langster and *****ing about how hideous they are.

Like I said in my other post, I'm not on some jihad against you, and I agree with a good amount of what you have to say, and you were just easy to address that to since that barspin thread was fresh in my mind.

my feelings aren't hurt, i could care less who likes my aerospoke. it's not like i bought it under some assumption that everyone in the world would think i was the coolest kid ever, I'd seen plenty of hate on them before I bought it
