vids for roller workouts?

it's a completely different animal altogether, but i was wondering if anyone knew any workout vids specifically designed for rollers.
i have a few for mag trainers w/ geared bikes (i'm actually bringing two to work tomorrow to trade w/ my boss), but i'm buying a roller soon for use with a fg and was wondering if there were any workout dvds.
doing hour long workouts alone on the trainer is torture, and i'm sure it's going to be even worse on rollers.

tia.

it's better on the rollers.

yesterday i hit a new high of 40 minutes. i did 10 minutes work, 5 minutes cool down off the bike, till i reached 40 minutes on the bike. if i just go all out, i get so unbearably sweaty at the 20 minute mark that i don't even feel like going on. doing the on / off thing made it go faster for some reason.

anyways i just watch msh or listen to music. to each their own. some people like to read (!) while rolling.

I always ride watching tv or a movie. For an easy work out try sprinting/going hard during commercial breaks and pedaling easier while the show is on.
