OT. Do you know anything about cyclingforums.com ?

I'm just curious, does anyone have any experience or knowledge about cyclingforums.com. I asked a bikeforums.net patron via PM, but he didn't know and suggested I start a thread about it.

Any opinions? Do they suck?

bikeforums.net is a force to reckon, that's for sure. Almost any bike-related search brings up a bikeforums thread, in google.

But sometimes one wants quality and not only quantity. I don't know one way or the other, jsut asking if anyone had any experience with cycleforums.com - they are totally unknown to me.

Their singlespeed forum present has 9 people viewing. Compared to 241 on bikeforums. Not good if you have a question and want an answer asap.

they sound like pretentious, stuck-up jerks because they have to name their's the "cycleforums" not the bike forums of the common man

I started a thread there once a couple of years back and it was still there at the top of the page couple of weeks later with no replies. I got out of there.... It's almost as bad as Bicycling.com's FGSS sub-forum. Anyone else been there?

Please don't write that word. It will get this thread locked (and deleted maybe) for no fault of mine. The dreaded word shall not be spoken nor written. It's the unspeakable.

This thread is about opinions on cyclingforums.com not about the dreaded *********.

Not to be funny, but the other forums suck. Their formats are simply inferior to this one. That, plus the low traffic and you get a poor user experience.

I love it here. Plus the d-tribe keeps me entertained (doofo-deathhare-dutret-douchnozzle-devilhimself).
