rigida dp 18

for my work horse i'm looking for new rims. as i'm in love with the dp 18, i was wondering whether they're available without breaking surface too. if not could anyone suggest me rims similar in quality/price?
thanks!

yep you can get them with out a braking surface, but they will still have a definent ridge which obviously shows where it should be, unlike deep v's. If you are going to buy dp18's get them with the braking surface.

that's an interesting recommendation...
i've had both, dp18 and deep V. While indeed the Deep V (non-machined) is flush and smooth, the painted dp18's without braking surfaces look just as clean from a foot or two back.
IMO, if you're going brakeless, get the non-machined. they look very clean, and they're very cheap.
get em here, or your LBS. (cheapest price i've found on the net)
DP18's on the cheap
