what front brake for a windsor hour?

i am real new to this, and i promise ive been searching for help for the past half hour. i just need to get a front brake for a windsor hour i got and need some help. an inexpensive one is fine. i would gladly get a shimano 105, because thats what ive found people use but i cant seem to find one for a decent price anywhere. anything cheaper? thanks in advance.

what ive found but not sure would work...

I scored a 105 for 30 bucks on ebay.

Yeah it would seem that those types of brakes will work, I don't know about the lever but if your bars are 25.4mm you need to get one of them levers and yeah.

Yeah, I got a black 105 caliper off Nashbar for $5 a few months ago, good deal.

I should have bought a bunch, I see people selling the same ones on Craiglist for way more...

Every time you see something like that on Nashbar for $10 or less, it's worth getting. Somebody always needs a brake...

FWIW Cane Creek calipers are great. Not the cheapest, but not crazy expensive and total USA made quality.

Can I ask BikesDirect to send me front brake instead of the rear, before buying it?

Here are a few I found:
  1. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...082470&sr=1-11
  2. https://cgi.ebay.com/TEKTRO-Alloy-Roa...ht_1377wt_1139
  3. https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...2#ht_935wt_913

How can I tell if a caliper will fit the front of the WIndsor.
The second one say Reach = 70-90 mm. the others don't say anything. what 'Reach' should I look for in my search?

Thanks!

p.s
My previous Windsor was stolen.
previously I simply went to home depot and bought a longer bolt, but it was not easy to replace it. someone replaced it for me since we had to take apart 20 pieces of the brake to replace it. I don't want to deal with it again...
