Any idea what a set of those and a ring would go for? I have a set in used but still decent condition on a bike that I'm thinking about selling. Are they in such high demand that I should sell them seperately?

Well here's the deal, The post is where is should be +- a few mm I'm legs not torso. I know I could do a shorter stem and it'd be fine I'm sure. But heres the deal, I want to build a bike to ride in town and I would feel terrible riding this on the street. But for 400 maybe I can just deal with it and have a great bike for occasions. I still have my conversion for beating up, and I think andre may sell me his KHS soon so I could make that my daily driver. only expense would be a new stem and re-building a new rear wheel since this is tubular. thoughts?

I bet you'd get your money out of them. although you can still order them through Ben's but it's $500 with a BB so I bet you could get some good money for them, don't know how much tho

Price of superbe:
Depending on condition arms + ring should run $150-200. |
they are running more than 500 from eai (nos). search for 11.4's post about the cranks and the differences between the sugino/dura-ace. it made me buy the superbe.

Here's a picture of my Superbe Pros, just to get it out there. After looking at Parker Lewis', I want to have mine polished.

Great find! Here is a set I had polished a while back....worth doing! I think quite a few track riders in
Japan Keirin prefer/preferred the sugino and dura cranks, although the superbes win $10 in a beauty pageant for sure. They may have been manufactured by Sugino too, does anyone know for sure? http://i161.photobucket.com/albums/t...3/P1020935.jpg |

I'm not gonna sell it until the Kilo TT Pro comes out cuz the whole point was me upgrading my frame to the Pro... so I'd say don't worry about it and ride the **** out of your Raleigh! |
Yeah I know that. I'm just saying in the future. Not today or tomorrow. No worries, even if you don't sell yours I can score a cheap frame similar to that easy. I think I may try to keep the raleigh, if nothing else I'll get a short stem and give it a week and see what think, if I like it I'll build up the wheel.

Alright word. Well rest assured the KHS will definitely be sold it's just a matter of time...
