HELP ! Bottom Bracket Question

I am converting a MTB to SS I have a Surley 135mm hub, the bottom bracket shell is 2 11/16" wide,
my crank arms are .75" thick ( square tappered ) what length bottom bracket do I need?

Sorry for the simple question but I am new at this......thanks......DK

it depends on what crank you have. so what crank do you have?

sheldon has a nice database of BB sizes
