why are all those cats on geared bikes so fakkin slow?

I always thought the cards were modern replacements for those reflector things that used to come on wheels. What ever happened to those, and can you integrate them into an arrospoke?

i put bicycle playing cards in my spokes because i like to make funnies

Just get some clear packing tape and wrap the tape around the spoke and reflector. The tape makes it aero.
