Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Anyone use this saddle?

https://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-WHITE-TITANI...742.m153.l1262

Anyone know anything about it? Does it look like something rebranded?

well, to be fair the OP is looking at a white nonamer saddle, so given his implied motivations i'd say rejecting it for its looks doesn't hurt when that's likely to be its only real merit anyways.

I need to stop spending time in the road forum. I assumed the appeal was ti and $25.

haha, i'd say you should take it as a good thing. as silly as weight weeniness can be, that seems like a much more legit reason to be attracted to that saddle.

oh man, you quoted my improper usage of it's before i could fix it. damn.

You know, it kinda looks like the illegitimate child of a Selle Italia SLR & Selle San Marco Blaze.

And upon further investigation it looks similar to the Selle Italia SHIVER model of their mtb line. But since they're saddles they could be completely different. So my post is basically meaningless. I'm sorry.

+1

It's light, and with white tape would look ok.

Bikes: '05 pista, early 90's cannondale track (project bike)

^^So then it would be a good deal, $25 is cheap enough to try out a new saddle for sure.
